Greaves Funeral Services, of Leyton in East London, was founded in 2016 by Ian Greaves, who has over 25 years of Funeral Arranging experience. The company is also a proud member of the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD), the National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF) and Federation of African & Caribbean Funeral Operatives (FACFO).
Ian and his highly trained, professional team have a flexible and accommodating approach, being able to offer a simple, dignified and affordable send-off right through to an elaborate, fully bespoke service.
In addition to Greaves Funeral Services' vast experience in arranging Afro-Caribbean community funerals, they are very willing to accommodate clients’ wishes across a variety of different cultural, faith and belief backgrounds. No matter whether a small, intimate funeral or large celebration of life gathering, every service will be carried out with respect, pride, compassion and understanding.
The funeral home premises are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with Saturday open by appointment only and closed on Sundays. A 24-hour phone number and ambulance service is available for arranging collection of the deceased.
