About Us
Dunmow Crematorium was opened in 2022 to provide services for families in and around Great Dunmow in Essex. Located on a farm and surrounded by fields and trees, the crematorium is a peaceful and tranquil place.
Built and operated by the Walsh family, Dunmow Crematorium has space for 150 people seated in the chapel, and plenty of parking space. The chapel is also equipped with two large screens for photo and video tributes, as well as an Obitus sound system, so that you can play any music or hymns that you like at the service.
Dunmow Crematorium was designed by Derek Tuttlebury and built by the Walsh family who have been builders and funeral directors for four generations in Essex.
Dunmow Crematorium is open from 8am to 6pm daily.
