I can’t recommend the people at Alfreton and District Funeral Service highly enough.
The whole process was made easier by the reassuring attitude of the staff who all showed great empathy.
All members of our family felt extremely well cared for.

I cannot thank John enough. Every request was dealt with and support provided. When you are grieving you need someone who you can rely on to carry out your wishes, John was that someone.
Amy's dad, brothers and I chose to carry her into the crematorium. John's instruction and guidance made this possible. Diane Lightowler was a caring, professional celebrant.

The professionalism shown by Flints funeral service was outstanding. Right from the very beginning to the bitter end they supported family and implemented our wishes to the highest standard. The service was a wonderful tribute to our dad and all who attended said they have never been to a funeral as well thought out and executed with such quality. The flowers provided by their florists were absolutely amazing and many took a sharp in take of breath from just how beautiful they really were. Thank you Mark and team from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did. Dads memory continues to live on with fondness that you have contributed to. We won’t ever be going anywhere else from this day on with family funerals as we know we will always guarantee the very best from you.

This company was superb, I would fully recommend them.  The experience of organising our dads funeral was made easier by the professionalism, obvious experience and friendliness of the staff.  Any queries we had were answered promptly throughout.
My nephew is only 7 and was shown around the service room prior to the funeral to let him know what would happen and what to expect, and this really helped.
