We received exceptional service throughout the whole process with W Flint Funeral Service, as we arranged Dad’s funeral. Their customer service is very considerate and they keep in touch and explain what’s happening every step of the way.
In the most difficult of circumstances they most definitely helped to support us, and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

John and his team were fantastic. From the initial contact John was with us on the phone and zoom helping us and guiding us. On the day everything was perfect as can be on a very sad day , the flowers,the cars and the celebrant Diane that John guided us to was absolutely wonderful and did an excellent job. From the first phone call to the final farewell we were treated professionally and so very caring and dad was treated with the most upmost respect all the way. From the family we can't thank you enough

Excellent service, every employee of Flints we came in contact with went above and beyond. They were all professional, respectful, kind and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble even the last minute changes. Mark even made a stunning floral arrangement for us as no florists were open due to coronavirus lockdown. From start to finish I can highly recommend Flint’s funeral services.  Everything they did for us in these strange times was done very professionally, sympathetically but also very friendly,  even making up a flower arrangement with the flowers we’d had to buy from Tesco as all the florists were closed. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone else.

They have managed all of our funerals. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now, they are all so supportive, caring and passionate while being professional. This was the first time I had personally had a more involved role of planning a funeral and John was brilliant from the moment I phoned. Nothing was too much trouble and he sat with me for long periods of time talking, planning and answering questions over the period of planning.  Our loved one was so beautifully taken care of and the service was lovely. I know it’s a job to them but they never made us feel like it’s their job but that they are helping us to say goodbye to our loved one if that makes sense.

Flints have been part of our community for the whole of my lifetime but this was the first time I’d had to plan a funeral! How comforting and professional every step of the way. Everything we wanted to celebrate the life of my husband was delivered with the upmost sympathy. Everyone that attended felt Malc was there, I remember the ceremony with love not sadness. I can not thank Mark enough for all his support during this very sad time, nothing has been too much trouble for him, everything was fully explained, communication was excellent, I was kept fully informed of the whole process with regular contact, I was welcomed to visit my son whenever I wanted and everything I asked for was fulfilled.

Mark really cares and shows huge empathy, he makes things as easy as he can for you, he doesn't pressure you into doing anything and doesn't try to exploit you in your most vulnerable time i.e trying to make you spend more money, (in fact quite the opposite).

Excellent service from start to finish, I can not fault them at all and would highly recommend them.

Thankyou so much Mark for all your help and support and for treating Callum with dignity and respect, you have been amazing.
