My family and I are very pleased with and grateful for the care, understanding and attention provided by your service during this profoundly difficult time in our lives.

I never felt rushed by David during the whole process of preparing for my late husband's funeral service and yet every aspect came together in a timely fashion for the crucial day.

My only dissatisfaction was the permanent cross on the front panel of the lectern because my husband was a lifelong humanist and the cross therefore would doubtlessly have detracted from the non-religious service beautifully conducted by our humanist celebrant.

Both Nick and David have been very professional throughout, what is an upsetting experience. They both made the process so much more bearable with their caring, empathetic and supportive nature. The personal approach they have shown throughout made us feel at ease in knowing our family member was getting the send off they deserved, which gave us tremendous peace of mind.
