They ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. The celebrant they recommended, Kimberley Arnold, was very good both on the day and guiding us through the planning process, even composing a closing poem for my brother.

Richard was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. We don't live locally, and the funeral required our Uncle to be moved from his Care Home in Somerset to his resting place in Birmingham. Richard and the team dealt with the situation brilliantly, offering calm and helpful support throughout. They made a difficult situation as simple as possible. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
