Initially our loved one was taken to a different director but we weren’t happy they could meet our needs. Right from my first call Andy understood what we wanted and was happy to assist with our wishes. The process was easy and respectful- we used the chapel of rest at the premises and had a lovely family service we put together ourselves. We were so happy to be able to carry out our loved ones wishes. I would highly recommend Wealden Funeral Services.

We were pretty daunted by the thought of arranging a funeral but Andy was absolutely brilliant & helped us a great deal. They took great care of my stepmum & the funeral itself was obviously a very sad occasion but it was really lovely, the celebrant that Andy arranged for us gave an outstanding eulogy accompanied by songs that were important to my stepmum & a lovely display of photos of her on two large screens. Many there remarked how nice it all was & that's all thanks to Wealden Funerals, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Andy at Wealden was so calming, friendly, supportive and professional - I never felt rushed, or felt I'd asked a stupid question. I'm sure he repeated things to me when I forgot !
He helped me to organise my Dad's funeral (I've never done a funeral planning before) and he was available by phone, email and WhatsApp. He recommended Lynne as our Celebrant and his recommendation was excellent - she was wonderful to work with and my Dad would have been really happy with his service - It was exactly what he would have planned if he'd been able to,
