Family remains at the heart of the business and family members will look after you at every step, from running the Heathfield funeral home, to receiving your first phone call, right up to preparing the coffins, acting as lead bearers and transporting your loved one to your chosen venue in an extremely dignified manner for the final goodbye.

Andy and his team were absolutely amazing. During a truly awful time, they were there to help and advise what was best for what we wanted. There was absolutely no selling, in fact Andy advised us against spending unnecessarily. We wanted a personalised coffin, and Andy was just a star, with arranging it as well as helping with the legal paperwork, planning the service and just being available at anytime for any questions On the actual day Andy and team excelled at ensuring everything ran smoothly, they took all the stress away, by being there and not being intrusive. The support we were given can’t be put into words, thank you Andy and team just doesn’t seem enough for getting us through such a terrible time with such dignity and care.

Initially our loved one was taken to a different director but we weren’t happy they could meet our needs. Right from my first call Andy understood what we wanted and was happy to assist with our wishes. The process was easy and respectful- we used the chapel of rest at the premises and had a lovely family service we put together ourselves. We were so happy to be able to carry out our loved ones wishes. I would highly recommend Wealden Funeral Services.

Everyone at Wealden Funerals Services were very kind and attentive. The day of my mother's funeral went seemlessly. Nothing was too much trouble. We can recommend them whole heartedly.
