All good, just would have been good to have had a facility for people attending the funeral to leave their name so we were aware of who had attended, as on the day it is difficult to take in everyone as there wasn’t time to say Hi to them all. 
I learned from a work colleague that we could have had the service live streamed , that wasn’t mentioned to us , it might have been something we would have liked to do. But no problem, we were very happy & satisfied with the proceedings on the day, it went very well indeed . Thank you

We met Andrew from the team the year before my husband's death as he wanted to make sure that a comprehensive funeral plan was in place, following a terminal diagnosis. From the outset Andrew was friendly, personable and professional and helped us discuss and consider what our requirements were and what was available to us . When the time came to realise the plans, we, as a family, were guided through the process with care and consideration. The funeral service itself was a memorable day for all the right reasons and a fitting tribute and celebration of the life of my late husband. The drivers, pall bearers and Funeral Director, Lyndon, as well as Andrew, all struck the right balance in their attentions and presence and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Andrew made a follow-up visit after the funeral to check that I was happy with the way everything had gone and to deliver the collection from the church. He left me in no doubt that I could contact him if there were any future concerns with regard to the grave/burial site and also to guide me through the process of commissioning a suitable headstone/memorial for later installation. I have no hesitation in recommending this team to guide you safely through what is a vulnerable and traumatic period.

The service offered by both Lyndon and Andrew is second to none. From the start everything was arranged seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy who was always available if we had any questions. The thing that stuck in my mind was when Andy walked in front of the hearse as we set of on Mum's final journey, only a small detail but it showed respect which is what we have been shown as a grieving family throughout by Lyndon and Andy.
