Excellent service throughout, no pushy sales.
True to quote. Found a superb celebrant for our loved one.
Guidance throughout the process with multiple phone calls to let us know how things were progressing and reminders what we needed to do next. Created a donations page for mourners to leave to our chosen charity, with messages and photos allowed. They were prompt, courteous and respectful. Will be my first choice should i need to arrange another service in Chelmsford.
Even arranged the obituary for us in the local paper.

This is the second time I have used the Co-operative Funeral Services in Great Dunmow and both time I have found the service to be excellent. The Celebrant recommended was wonderful and the crematorium recommended was very good too, a bit different from the norm

We were very happy with the service that was provided. As a family we were gently supported through the difficult experience. Mum had passed at home and when we saw her last her face was etched with the battle of passing. The team prepared mum so beautifully that she finally looked at peace and calm. There was always someone available to answer any questions or concerns and we felt comfortable to do this.
