Co-Op Danbury were fantastic throughout. Access and parking at the offices was easy and stress free, and the surroundings relaxed and comfortable. Everything was managed professionally and with empathy and understanding. Our wishes were respected and we were afforded the time necessary to make all the choices and arrangements with gentle but expert guidance from the lovely staff. Always followed up with an email or phone call if any questions needing answered
Looked after my father in the chapel of rest and he was presented so peacefully in his final outfit which was very comforting to see him at peace. Special thanks to Adrian for your knowledge and kindness at this sad time.
Also special thanks to celebrant Heather who was excellent too. Would definitely use again when needed and recommend. Thank you.
