Very professional, upfront and honest with us the entire time. Talked us through the process as it was all new to us. Very friendly and welcoming. On the day it went smoothly and as a special touch Lee told us that one of their cars, that was out for the first time had been nicknamed after our Dad. Could not recommend Freedom enough. Quality service from start to finish on every aspect.

On behalf of all of the family we would like to thank Lee and his team for making a difficult time a whole lot easier with good advice, being able to sit down and talk through requirements in these difficult times and being on hand when required.
The funeral went off without any problem and was all as planned, you know you are dealing with genuine people when they ask you if you are going to make use of the flowers after the service as if not they will go and lay them on graves of people of less fortunate people who had no one, nice touch I thought.

Fantastic service we honestly couldn’t of asked for better service in this very unusual time but freedom funerals gave us everything we wanted unlike other funeral companies. Lee is very respectful and truly lets you have exactly what you want with out any fuss. We as a family can’t thank him enough

Everything we asked for from going to collect auntie from London to choosing her coffin - and lee reading at the graveside - nothing was any trouble the funeral was perfect personal and meaningful cannot thank Lee and his “ men” enough for aunties day....

Freedom funerals were caring, compassionate and professional throughout our difficult time arranging our brothers funeral. The corona virus lockdown was in place so we needed to amend the funeral arrangements a number of times - which was never a problem for Lee to organise. From the moment my father & I met Lee we knew Freedom was the perfect choice, from the reasons he started in the business to his warm, friendly & understanding manner during a heartbreaking time the service, advice & help provided was nothing short of outstanding. He was accommodating to all requests we made regarding specific details which alternative funeral directors we visited met seemed to not want to accommodate & on the day relayed a service at the crematorium which, as my father & I felt we would find our most difficult day, left us, and our guests, somewhat uplifted just as mum would have wanted.......”stop moping around” she would have said & because of Lee we didn’t.
