At a time when i was surrounded by loss i was lucky enough to find Lee and Freedom funerals. Im regrettably not new to loosing family members and previously we have used well known national and local directors to help with arrangements, they have always been respectful but ive never felt like leaving a review or comment to them. Freedom funeral service is diffrent in that it is a truely a personal service - no question or request is to much or too silly to ask, its such a relief to know that your loved ones are being taken cared for and Lee is very honest and open about all aspects. Every detail of the final moments were dealt with in such a personal matter, even overseeing specific flowers because they meant so much to my mum.

Whilst i hope not to need his services again for a little while i will never use anyone else again and cant stress enough how good Freedom and Lee's services are.

Lee was so kind and supportive through making arrangement for Dads funeral. Having never organised something like this before and complex family dynamics it was a tricky one. Lee was there every step of the way and I’m so grateful to him and his team. Thank you Lee you made things that bit easier through a difficult time. I’d highly recommend Freedom to anyone looking for a personal and considerate service.

Treats the family and deceased with great passion, kindness and respect. Ensures to listen to you and does whatever he can to ensure that what you and the deceased would have wanted receive. He made sure to get to know about the person we had pass away which was the sweetest thing we could have asked for.

As such a very emotional time Lee was so very good and help me through the process with so much help and compassion. There was nothing that was too small for Lee to help with and so understanding. I felt that Lee went above and beyond in all his help and support, Lee was very accommodating. It was so hard arranging a funeral for your 36 year old son, without the help and support of Lee I don't think that I would have got through it. On the day of the funeral everything was perfect and again the support given was tremendous . Right from the start of contacting Lee he was always there to guide me through the process. Lee and his staff were amazing on the day, I had a lot of meeting with Lee and phone conversations he is just great! always happy to hear from me he made me laugh a lot which I love as it made me organising the funeral for my mum so so much easier and not so traumatic for me as I have never lost anyone so close to me until now, I can not thank you enough Lee for everything u did for me and my mum,

Lee made everything so much easier, even going that extra mile with hand delivering paper-work etc. He maintained telephone contact with any up-dates and kept me informed at all times.
