''Excellent service'', Scott and his team thought of every detail, with consideration, support and understanding. Every aspect of the funeral was explained in detail and carried out professionally on the day of my Father's funeral. A difficult time for the family, nothing was too much trouble and we would recommend their services, at this time of loss.

I rang a few funeral directors but went no further after I spoke to Scott from Cornwall funeral services. Scott made the whole process easy for me , they handled the funeral with every care and respect . I was talked through the process as Dad had to have a pm and I was kept updated throughout . I cannot praise them enough , Myself and my family would highly recommend Cornwall Funeral Services.

Extremely professional and compassionate service, all aspects of the services were of a very high standard with a personal  touch. You were listened to and respected at all times and there were a wide variety of choices that could be made according to wishes and costs. I would highly recommend Cornwall Funeral Services if you want your loved one to receive the send off they deserve, they will try to accommodate your requests to make a personal and fitting service.

Thank you doesn't seem enough for everything that Scott and the team have done for us. They took the stress away from what could have been the most stressful and emotional time of my life so far.  The support they gave us right from the word go is second to none. It was reassuring knowing Dad was in the care of a really special team who actually cared. They made it so easy and accommodated our wishes at every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble.   A big thank you to Scott and his amazing team from all of us, we appreciated the kindness shown. Special thanks to Laurena for taking great care with Dad, he looked so handsome and to Paul for waiting for me to arrive. You all really are special people.  The day arrived to celebrate Dads life and the team showed the greatest respect towards the family and friends. They were so smart and professional and the service itself couldn't of gone better. Don't change anything, it's perfect. Scott, Laurena and his team have been simply amazing throughout the worst time in our lives, they have just been an amazing support to us and we couldn't have asked for more. From the moment that they first came around, we knew we were in safe hands and would take care of our loved one throughout the whole process which they did. not only did they give us fantastic support, they arranged the most beautiful funeral that we could have asked for. Always sincere and you can tell that they genuinely care. Part of me is going to miss chatting to them almost daily but i can be assured that everything was done perfectly to respect our mum and give her the best send off possible. Well where do I start? Cornwall Funeral services from the minute I picked up the phone and spoke to Scott have been amazing!  They were warm, welcoming and kind and helped us have the funeral we wanted for my Husband Gary, who sadly and suddenly passed away. At no time did we feel pressurised to do something or have something we didn’t want. Scott and his team went way beyond what I believe any others would do. Gary’s celebration of life was a music festival full of fun and memories shared with our family and friends. They wanted to get it right for us and walked us through every step, holding our hands and supporting us all at this difficult and emotional time. When Scott said he would do things, he did them. There were never any calls chasing things up he just did it dealing with the hospitals and other officials that can be involved so taking that pressure of us. When we had questions, he answered them, always checking in that we understood, going over what was going to happen and making sure my daughters and myself were ok and our thoughts and wishes were carried out. Cornwall Funeral Services were professional and compassionate and we really can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for looking after Gary and us so very well. Myself and Family would like to Thank Mr Scott Watters and his team from Cornwall Funeral Services, for there kindness, and understanding at such a difficult time. Nothing was to much trouble, for Mr Michael Cannon's Celebration Of Life, which was held on 7th September 2017, at Pencoys Church, Four Lanes. The Family in Australia was also included in the service via the internet, an amazing day to Celebrate Michael's Life. Scott continues to give help and support after such a difficult time.
