At every stage we were well looked after and cared for by Sillifants. When we made our initial enquiry by phone the lady we spoke to was helpful without being pushy - another FD we contacted talked as if we had already decided to go with them which was off putting.
We felt we were treated with professionalism and as individuals. Our requirements were agreed on with no fuss or bother and flexibility.
Mark ensured that we met deadlines and that things moved along smoothly to ensure there was no rush as we moved towards the funeral date.

The service provided by M Sillifant and Sons was excellent in every respect. The funeral for my dear mother was carried out  with great dignity and they were very helpful in arranging every aspect of the service. At such a difficult time, their calm, friendly, helpful and professional approach removes a huge burden.
We also used them last year for my father’s funeral and I was very aware that they did not apply any pressure at all to use any more of their services than we wanted to. I would highly recommend them.

We can’t fault Martin & Sarah in anyway. They were both outstanding throughout. Nothing was too much trouble & they were always there to answer questions, give advice etc. Everything on what was always going to be a difficult day ran seamlessly. We can’t thank Martin, Sarah & the team enough & have no hesitation recommending Sillifant to others.

Mark was very reassuring throughout a difficult process that we had never had to deal with before. He explained what would happen and how and when. We were relieved to have someone guide us through this process and offer sympathetic but constructive advice.
It was reassuring that although this is a business that they quite clearly focused on ensuring that the family's wishes were taken care of and getting paid for the service they offer was not an immediate priority as it so often is.
