Our family will forever be deeply grateful for the exceptional service we received from P L Mulligan during one of the most painful and difficult periods of our lives.
From the very beginning, their service epitomised compassion, care, dignity and professionalism. At a time when we were overwhelmed by grief and the many arrangements that had to be made, they handled everything with remarkable sensitivity and efficiency. We felt that our loved one was being cared for with the utmost dignity, and that our family was being treated with genuine kindness.
A special and heartfelt expression of gratitude must go to Clarissa as the customer-facing representative who supported us throughout this journey. Her care went far beyond what could reasonably have been expected of her. She made almost daily contact with me as a grieving wife, not simply to provide updates, but to check on me, offer reassurance, listen, and ensure that I was coping as best as I could. Her consistent presence provided comfort during days that were filled with sadness and uncertainty.
What touched us most was that her compassion did not end when the funeral home’s responsibility for caring for and repatriating my husband had been fulfilled. She continued to keep in touch with me to make sure I was okay. Her thoughtfulness went even further- she personally requested the link so that she could watch my husband’s service. That gesture meant more to me than I can adequately put into words. It demonstrated that to her, this was not simply a service or a transaction; it was about caring for a family during an incredibly painful time. 
I will always be grateful for the dignity, professionalism, compassion and personal care shown to my husband and me. I wholeheartedly recommend P L Mulligan to anyone who needs someone they can trust during such a difficult and emotional journey.

Absolutely superb care and attention every step of the way for our dear Mum. The funeral was faultless, from us being able to walk behind Mum's coffin when leaving her house, to the family carrying her into the chapel.

We arranged our father's funeral through P L Mulligan (Bexleyheath). From the very beginning Daniel managed the whole process with us, taking into account all our wishes. Daniel was extremely professional and supportive making this challenging times easier for us to handle.
On the day of the funeral the team , led by Perry, were very professional, courteous and respectful to the family and all present. It was an especially nice touch when they drove past dad's house, on the way to the cemetry, and placed a single red rose on the gate-post.
I would highly recommend Mulligans services. Their compassionate and dignified approach helped make dad's funeral into a very respectful send-off.

Mulligans made one of the most difficult times of our life's just so much easier. From the first day walking in & meeting Kim who went through everything with us with respect, understanding & generally caring how we felt. I was able to ring Kim & ask anything at anytime. 
Then on the day of the funeral Danny & the rest of his team were wonderful again explaining how the funeral would be running & so respectful of me & my family & also the respect they showed my late daughter. All this is the last thing any of us  can do for our loved ones so having this experience was a blessing.

My daughter and I arranged my mum’s funeral through P L Mulligan and we truly cannot thank them enough. As this was the first funeral either of us had ever had to organise, we had no idea where to start and found the whole situation very daunting.
From the very beginning, the team at P L Mulligan were absolutely brilliant. They explained everything step by step, guided us through the entire process, and were always patient, kind, and understanding. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their calm and professional approach made a very difficult time so much easier for us.
Everything was handled so efficiently and with such care and respect. The funeral was beautifully organised and a fitting farewell for my mum.

Everyone I dealt with at P L Mulligan was enormously helpful, professional and respectful. I organised a funeral for my brother and every detail was discussed with my 15 year old nephew and myself. Every step of the funeral itself ran very smoothly and everyone could not have been more helpful on what was a very sad day for family and friends. I would highly recommend.

Daniel and the whole team were fantastic in taking care of both our mum in July 2019 and our Dad November 2025. They are a fantastic team, very supportive, caring, respectful and helpful in guiding us through this process of taking care of them both right to the day of the funeral and after.

From the moment we sheepishly entered the Directors. Daniel and his team looked after us. They made what was for me in particular (as I was organising the funeral on behalf of my mother and family) a very difficult time easier. Supporting us with decisions around the planning of my fathers farewell. Following up when I had an questions.

On the day everything went to plan. Perry and his team were dignified, and professional adding the right level of support as and when required. The reflection photo part was pulled together so well, along with the service booklets.
