Our mum’s funeral was never going to be easy and I was dreading everything about the planning, chapel of rest and the day itself, but Ian and Denesha looked after us so well, with kindness and compassion, explaining everything at what was such an impossibly hard time. They also treated mum with the dignity and respect she deserved and despite dreading going, the Chapel of Rest was a relief and comfort, seeing how sensitively everything had been arranged in the room, and the care they had obviously taken with mum. On the day of the funeral everything was organised with precision and care, and the family was looked after and protected throughout. That meant a lot to us, and I can not recommend highly enough, Ian and Denesha and their team. Consummate professionals from start to finish, thank you.

I rarely leave reviews - but I felt compelled on this occasion.

Clearly funerals are an emotional time and I am sure all funeral directors act with care and sympathy. However, with the loss of my 88 year old mother - Ian, Denesha and his staff acted with total compassion, kindness and tenderness. My mother passed away, early Friday evening - and Ian had no hesitation in answering the call and collecting my mum from the residential home.

Ian acted with total integrity, was very transparent with the costs of the service and recommended the most brilliant celebrant to help us with the service.

I can say nothing but a very big thank you to Ian and Denesha for making the whole process as easy, painless and in the end a beautiful send off for my mum.
