Ian and Denesha dealt with my mothers funeral three years ago, and as I was so pleased with the guidance and assistance received, there was no-one else I wanted to use when I sadly lost my brother Vincent in May.

Once again I would like to thank Ian George (Funerals) Ltd, for the help and guidance they gave when my brother died, and giving a lovely service.

My wife's funeral was handled with dignity and compassion throughout, from my initial enquiry, through the arrangement of the details of the service, and finally the chapel service and cremation itself. In the weeks before she passed, she had requested an environmentally friendly willow coffin, and chosen the music and the celebrant. All was just as she asked, and nothing was too much trouble for Ian and the team.

From the very first contact with Ian, we have had the very best of service. He was so kind to my elderly Father and made suggestions for the music, poetry and format for the actual service. The funeral itself was everything we wanted. I am deeply grateful for everything they did to mark the end of a long life during these difficult times, and to give her children and grandchildren a comforting way of saying their final goodbye.

Just the right amount of contact in planning before day, no pushing of additional services and everything went really smoothly. Very professional, nice touches, pallbearers, guiding guests and just generally very pleasant, sitting in the background ready to come forward if and where needed. Do not have any previous experience of arranging funerals, but would happily recommend Ian George to friends and family.

We cannot praise Ian and Denesha enough for the wonderful way they looked after us in organising our Dad's funeral. Nothing was a problem to them. Ian and Denesha explained everything fully and showed great empathy for our loss. No matter how much the arrangements were altered they just wanted to make sure we were happy with what we had chosen for the funeral. Ian held the service for us and made it very special and personal. Ian and the pallbearers showed great respect and dignity towards both the family and our Dad. We would not hesitate in recommending them.

Help and advice was excellent they even helped to find and price a funeral director nearer my home in Liverpool  there impartial advice had convinced me my interest were being put before those of the business, all requests were carried out to my satisfaction.
