Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on May 2nd aged 73 years, Roberta (Rob) (nee Wilkinson). The dearly loved wife of Alan. A much loved mam of the late Neil, and Lorraine. A loved mother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, aunty, friend to many and the devoted gran to Lucy, Cele and Charlie. Friends please meet on Tuesday May 17th for a service in the Independent Methodist Church, Easington Lane at 10.00am. People are encouraged to wear a bright colour of clothing in celebration of Rob’s life. Committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. All are welcome afterwards to Hetton Lyons Cricket Club for refreshments. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for the work of Cancer Research UK and the Teenage Cancer Trust.
