In hospital on February 20th aged 81 years, Harry. The dearly loved husband of Vera. A much loved dad of Claire and Dawn. A loved father-in-law, brother, uncle, friend to many and a devoted grandad of Ben, Elise and Jaye. Friends please meet on Monday March 7th for a service in St Michael & All Angels Parish Church, Easington Lane at 1.30pm. Committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. All are welcome afterwards to Hetton Lyons Cricket Club for refreshments. Family flowers only, donations in lieu will be kindly accepted for the work of the Fire Fighters Charity. We truly cherish our memories of visiting with Harry in California. He was clearly a solid guy, as well as a lot of fun to be around, and he so obviously loved and enjoyed his family. We know he will be greatly missed, and send our love and sympathy to his family and friends in England.
