In loving memory of Ivy May Butler who sadly passed away on 10th February 2022, aged 85 years. She had a lot of illness and challenges in her life and sadly dementia took her from us in the end. She always loved to laugh and spend time with her friends and family. Her kindness was immeasurable. She always had her son Peter by her side. She passed away peacefully and her youngest daughter Amanda was present. Now she can be reunited with her eldest daughter Lynne and the rest of her family that has passed. If you are attending the funeral please indicate on here so we have an idea of numbers.
We will be lost without you, you are forever in our hearts and thoughts , we love you so much xxxxxxxxx

I never met Ivy personally but feel I know her through the stories Ivy’s wonderful daughter Amanda told me. I picked up early on that she was a strong woman and a wonderful mother. I’ve only met two of Ivy’s children, Amanda and Peter and what a fabulous job Ivy has done! Two of the kindest and most caring people I have ever met. Such a credit
to Ivy. I hope Ivy is resting peacefully and playing the odd game of bingo too. RIP Ivy. Jodie & Family xxxx

An Auntie I remember looking after her Granparents, brother and sisters when she was young before she had children of her own. I remember the house of our Grandparents, she was always, cooking and washing. The piano stood against the back wall in the best room which noone seemed to play but the Grandchildren and very badly at that. That was my sister and I while tones of Grandad's moaning echoed from the other room because of the rackett. Auntie Ivy
laughed and joked a lot and had a great memory for names. She was like an Encylopedia of family history. A free spirit who is now reunited with them in the spiritual world.
God bless you Auntie Ivy on your new journey. ❤
