I would have liked to have given an excellent but I can’t, because I have an issue with the celebrant who did the service.He sent us a draft reading of my deceased wifes life and it had quite a few errors in it. We sent him an email with all the corrected errors in it and on the day he did his service he still read the draft reading with all the errors in it. Made the ceremony less than perfect and because we didn’t want to make a scene, we kept quiet at the time. It would have been respectful and considerate to have contacted us before now to apologise but nothing has been forthcoming. Too late now, the damage has been done, we have to live with it.

A.W. Lymn and in particular our Funeral Arranger Skye Parton showed compassion and understanding. Skye was very professional in her approach to all of the details and showed care and dignity, and nothing was ever too much trouble especially with changes to the plan.
The celebrant we had from A.W. Lymn was excellent making the planning easy, and delivering a caring and lovely service.
A.W. Lymn in general where professional from start to finish and we felt truly supported throughout. We will always be grateful for the comfort and respect they gave to our family during this difficult time.

From the initial contact we made with A W Lymn 's to the funeral day , I have been so impressed with their clear communication, genuine compassion and empathy and professionalism. The two gentlemen who came to take care of Rosemary were kind and gentle and the funeral director, Skye was kind,calm and considerate and made to process so easy .on the day ,the Celebrant, Richard delivered to ceremony with the right pace and tone.
