Lauren Grieve donated £210 in memory of Brian

This donation is a combined collection from all Brians friends and colleagues at The Pentagon vaccination Centre, part of the Kent Community Health Foundation Trust (NHS) where he selflessly volunteered his time in a national effort during the pandemic. He will be sorely missed. Lots of love and thoughts to all Brians family xx

Thank you to Brian’s family for allowing me to attend Brian’s funeral today. It was a very touching tribute to a wonderful man.
I only knew Brian for a short while, but he certainly made a big impact! I worked along side him at the vaccination centre whenever he gave his free time to help the cause. He used to talk endlessly about his much loved family, his grandchildren, nerf gun fights, and WINE! We had many giggles, his sarcasm and wit used to have me in stitches! He is truly missed x
Much love to you all x

  • Thank you for this message, Dad certainly seemed to enjoy his time volunteering at the Covid centre. It was lovely to be able to meet you when you came in to my school as well, as we'd heard a lot of stories about you and the team. Thanks for coming on Monday as well, much appreciated.

Brian was always part of the community he spent many many hours of his own time for the people of Hempstead to keep Hempstead and the surrounding area a place where people felt safe to live and enjoy as a village. We on the HRA committee will miss you a great deal Brian as will many many more people. You always spoke of your family with such pride.

I was another of the small gang of volunteer Brians at the Pentagon COVID vaccination hub. It was a pleasure working alongside him, always cheerful and ready to help. Gone too soon. My condolences to Eve and his family

It was a shock to here from Eve of Brians demise as I have been a friend from the 70,s and possibly before, also his accountant and having done my best to teach Claire and Ian judo I their early years so I can honestly say he will be missed greatly more by his close family but also by his myriad of friends and aquatenses. Miss you Brian.

It is was a great shock to see this news on Facebook, Anita and I have known Brian for other 20 years. We originally met Brian at the Ideal Home Show and became regular customers with regular wine tasting and a catchup. Whilst I have never met his family, I feel that we know them through Brian’s stories, and updates. We also enjoyed stories of his travels around the word.
We will miss his company, and pass our condolences to his family.
I am sure everyone who knew him will miss his outgoing friendly personality.
Mark and Anita Busby.

Condolences to the family. Brian was my Chairman on HRA and he was always very kind to me. Even when I left England, he always kept in touch and wished me well. I’m saddened but equally honoured to have known him. 🙏🏻

I am deeply saddened to hear of Brian’s passing.
As Brian’s massage therapist for around 6/7 years at the Roffen club in Rochester, he would tell me many stories of his holiday trips with Eve and how proud he was of his family. He adored spending time with the grandchildren.

He will be greatly missed.

My deepest condolences to Eve and his family.

I shall raise glass in his honour.
