In loving memory of Jenny Tate (nee Swailes) who sadly passed away on 24th December 2021 surrounded by her family at St Gemma’s Hospice.

She was a beloved wife and daughter and the best friend that anyone could ever want.
She would always go the extra mile to help anybody in any way she could.

As with Jenny’s nature she fought the cancer for as long and as hard as she could and even at the end refused to give in.

She will be sorely missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
