Jacqueline passed away peacefully at St Giles Hospice on 13th December 2021, aged 60 years. She was a much loved wife, mum, daughter, sister, aunt and special friend to many.

Jackie always gave her all to Theatres and her beloved ENT. It was a pleasure to work alongside her and you always knew that if you were on shift with Jackie she would get all the work done. Rest In Peace lovely x
