Happy memories of the lovely ‘napkin lady’. A big part of my life & a beacon of light & kindness, particularly during my teens and the early years of my first son Will, who is now a medical student in Bristol & likely to get his first job this year in Gloucester or Bath. You will be greatly missed but always with the Herbert family xx

John and I have wonderful memories of time in Lorna’s company over many years. I first met Lorna when I started as an SHO at Gloucester. As with so many junior doctors she welcomed us so warmly. The Eltringham family will remember me as Pat McAteer. Since then there are so many lovely memories of this remarkable lady. Our love and condolences go out to Roger and the whole family. You will be in our thoughts and prayers. Love Tricia and John.
