On 19th November 2021, with tragic suddenness, aged 17 years, Jordan, dearly loved son of Terriann, much loved brother of Shay, Riley and Jayden, a very dear nephew, cousin and friend.
Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Wednesday 15th December 2021 at 10.30am. Donations in memory of Jordan may be made online or placed in the collection box provided at the service for the benefit of MIND.
