Peter Beaumont (6 Jan 1939 - 23 Nov 2021)

Peter was always engaging company, at times exuberant, at times reflective but always well-informed wise counsel formed by a varied successful career and sharp challenging intellect. His interest in local heritage, Regimental and more broadly British History, antiquity both in knowledge and manufactured product. His enthusiastic fund-raising for several Charitable projects including Royal Marine Charity gained him many close long-term friendships. Yet, unquestionably Peter’s greatest affection and commitment was to his beloved Ros, and an unremitting love and support for his family from the oldest to the very young. RIP, Special Friend.

To Dad,Grandpa. We’ll miss you so much.
