Mavis Brown (27 Aug 1940 - 21 Oct 2021)

In loving memory of Mavis Brown who sadly passed away on 21st October 2021

Mavis Higgins was born in Cuxton on 27th August 1940, at the family home, 2 Factory Cottages, to loving parents Earnest and Dorothy Higgins.

Upon marrying George William Brown, they moved to Albatross Avenue in Strood, where they raised their family of four children, Pauline, Alan, Janet and David.

Mavis was the busy housewife and and loving mum, who enjoyed spending time going for family walks, outings and holidays.

She will be remembered and sadly missed by her children, grandchildren and her great grandchildren, with fond memories of times gone by.
