In loving memory of Paul James Robinson who sadly passed away on 5th September 2021, aged 62 years.

Dad lived a life of adventure he travelled the world, rode motorcycles, cars and lorries. He fulfilled his childhood fantasy by collecting comics and models. His favourite characters were the flawed anti hero's and he disliked goody too shoes superman.

He was a hard worker dedicating most of his life working in public service as a social worker, as a child he sometimes took me on visits. He was traditional and provided for his family and their future. He helped many people in his life without bragging and taught me three strikes and their out in regards to relationships.

Dad had health problems all his life, endured pain and frustration. Through everything he kept his sick sense of humour and sharp wit. He fought through everything having beaten 22 cancers before it finally took his life.

He was a loving partner, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, great uncle and friend, loved by all who knew him.
If there's anything you can learn from dad is to keep fighting, love your family and find something more than work to fill your life.

He will be surely missed and never forgotten.

Donations may be made in Paul's memory, if desired to 'The Wisdom Hospice' via the link on this page.

Such sad news!

I know that we had not been in contact for a long time, however I can truly say that you were the one person that inspired me to want more than being average, more educated, more from life, more that just SE London and to venture out and explore the world. Take risks, push boundaries and stretch myself to see what I could ultimately achieve. You were an inspiring Uncle and individual. Your sardonic wit had the ability to caricature those who you were irritated by, it was hilarious .....you could have been a stand up Comedian!

In all honesty for many people you will be extremely missed. Although you had struggled with health problems for years you were still supporting those around you to move forward and there will be colleagues from Lewisham, Crisis at Christmas and some of your old friend who will experience a big void by your passing!

Bless you Paul and rest in peace....love Wendy and Georgia xx
