I cannot express into words how amazing Anna was through the whole of mums funeral she has been like my rock and helped me through such a tough time and it was tough for me she has been by mybside through it all no words can express how great fun I am for this lady and the celebrant dan well pretty much the same both been by my side through all of it I would like to thankyou both from the bottom of my heart ❤️ if I was to recommend any funeral directors it would be john wier 100% and as this was my first time having to organise a funeral it was heartbreaking but with Anna and Dan i wouldn't have done so thankyou very very much amazing lovely people and the respect for my mumma wow ❤️

Anna at the Chatham branch was so lovely and so kind. Once I painted a picture of what mum was like she was on board to help me create the perfect service for mum and even helped us choose the perfect sparkly pink coffin. She took her own initiative and make the order of service pink and sparkly too which was a lovely touch. She was checking in with me constantly, asking if there was anything more she could do and just making everything that bit easier for me. Thank you so much to Anna and the rest of the team for making this awful time easier for me and helping to give mum the send off she deserved. I really appreciate all of it.

Everything was put together very nicely. Anna was very helpful. The family paticularly were taken when they were given opportunity to say their final farewell after mourners left and before I said mine.

A sad and difficult time, made much more bearable by the helpfulness and empathy shown by John Weir funeral Directors.
In particular Anna, who was extremely efficient and treated us like friends rather than customers. Can’t speak more highly of the service we received.

Sarah was brilliant. The gentleman looking after us was so friendly and comforting.
