From the first phone call after my wife passed away, the staff at John Weir were excellent. My Granddaughter and I meet Anna at our first planing meeting and from that meeting Anna basically held my hand through the whole thing, no matter how many times I phoned with questions, she helped me through my wobbles. On the day of the funeral Shane and the other gentlemen looked after my wife, the family and mourners with the upmost professionalism.
