George was a good friend of the family. RIP

George had an obtuse way of putting things in which he clearly knew what he meant but had us struggling to understand. While we were playing dominos one day he produced slices of cake and some drinks and blurted out "Bwoy me a do a ting". We asked him what he meant but he just repeated "me do a ting man".
To this day he never explained himself but we assumed that maybe the ting was he had just got married.
R.I.P old friend and go do your ting wherever it is done.

George-extremme left- at my wedding on 18th August 1984 which coincidentally (unknown until recently)was his birthday. Was affectionally known as Jester among our inner circle.

As a friend of Geroge from the 70s. I would like to give condolences to his family on this sad occasion. George and I had moved around together for many years. I was shocked on hearing of his passing. Rest in peace my brother. One Love. Patrick. 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
