Passed away peacefully with her two daughters Jenny and Suzie by her side on 16th July 2021 aged 87 years.
Alda was a loving wife of the late Donald Clegg and a loving mum of Julio, Jennifer, Joanne and Susan and the late Arthur, A dearly loved Granny and Great Granny, Much loved sister of Albert, John, Joanna and Noel and the late Alfredo, Lina and Stella. Alda was also a loved sister-in-law and auntie. Alda will be very sadly missed by all her family both in England and her beloved family in America. Forever in our hearts and our memories. Very much loved and will never be forgotten.

😂 We had such so much fun. Poor Alda had to watch me in fear that I will drop the Turkey while I was dressing it. We laughed so much about me being so awkward in the kitchen. This picture was taken at my place Thanksgiving Day with Joana and family. She took a look at the Turkey and stated to laugh so hard and is this the capture of it. I will never forget you ❤️ You will always stay in my heart, my thoughts and prayers 🙏🏻

Fond memories of our UK trip to visit Alda and Donald. Photo from June 2000 with Jenny. We were on our way to visit all our UK families and to watch tennis at Wimbledon. Highlight of trip was getting to see all our nieces, nephews & their families.

Celebrating Christmas at the Vinteros. When Alda and Donald stayed with us, we remember having to look everywhere for "lard", so Alda could cook Donald's meals. Alda, herself, loved eating all John's Portuguese food.

Eating again! We sure put on lots of weight when Alda came to visit. Makes us smile to recall the days when Alda & Donald first visited us. While we dined on yummy Chinese food, Donald went across the street to MacDonald's. No dim sum for him!!!

Thankful for the numerous times Alda came to visit and stayed with us here in Pacifica! We will always cherish the precious memories of Alda reminiscing about her childhood. She truly enjoyed her times with us and we are so blessed for these memories.
