Cant believe its a whole year. My thoughts are with you and family. came across this today, quite randomly. Never forgotten.
FOR PEGGY.
Her lovely spirit forever lives on.
she has left a void but is not gone.
in the heavens, but staying deep in our hearts,
so hard to say goodbye, as a loved one departs
The love she showed, the way she cared,
unconditionally, she nurtured, gave, and shared.
her wisdom, empathy, and strength shone through,
those values, will always, live on through you.
Her friendships golden and family her treasure,
their love and respect, in very good measure,
She loved her games, she was funny and sweet,
One of those characters, you felt privileged to meet.
You're still a massive part, of those lives, going on,
though departed from here,, you are not gone.
No one can take memories, the times you had,
you will hear her, in your heart, saying, don't be sad,
Her home was her castle, if there are castles in the sky,
she'll be waving from the door, saying I'm keeping an eye!
She will be entertaining angels, somewhere with no mess insight,
her home, like her soul, spirit, and heart, shone out particularly bright

In memory of my favorite aunty, my Godmother and friend. You have made a huge impact in my life. Always welcoming, loving and so many of your tales are embedded in my mind. Without you and uncle Brian, I'd never have gone to Butlins, gone abroad and made wonderful memories. Without you I'd never have met and married Neil. I will miss you so so much. God bless Aunty Peg. 😘😘

Sending our love and deepest sympathies to all of Peggy's family. We sadly have lost one of the kindest and loveliest people we have the pleasure to meet and be friends with. We will miss her greatly but we will remember and cherish our time with her.
