When I first met you I always felt nervous around you because to me I never met a confidant strong independent woman I looked up to you so much. Shared so many memories and I will always cherish them with all my heart. I feel privileged to have spent so many fabulous times with you xx

I first got to know Sarah-Jane in 2007 when she joined Safe Computing and very quickly established herself as a very capable and competent project manager and she led many successful and challenging projects. She had her own personal ways of cajoling cooperation between colleagues and could regularly be seen distributing her chocolate biscuits around the office. She managed many problem situations but when she came to consult on a problem, she invariably also had the answer. Subsequently, her leadership skills were fully recognised, and she became part of our senior management team.
Her final career move was the entrepreneurial step to go into business with ex Safe colleagues to establish PIP 17 that was subsequently rebranded as PurePro. Unfortunately, she never saw that business come to fruition.
Outside the office she established herself as one of the leading socialites and many of us spent very enjoyable lunch and social events with her. She would always go that extra mile to befriend colleagues and clients alike.
Sarah-Jane and I had a common interest in following rugby and spent many happy occasions at Twickenham and Welford Road. Whist we were united in following Tigers it was different when it came down to England or Scotland. Sarah-Jane was very proud the day she met Eddie Jones and I have attached that photograph and one of us at Welford Road with my friend Tom. Such games will never be the same again without her.
We have lost a great friend and a person who would have had a great future, let’s just hope her organisational skills will continue working in ways we do not necessarily fully understand today. Love you and miss you.
