In loving memory of Jennifer Margaret Broderick who sadly passed away on 21st May 2021.

Born 3rd June 1948, Jenny was a Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Auntie, Sister in-law and now reunited wife. And a friend to so many. Jenny grew up in Bradenstoke which she loved, always had so many stories to tell of her childhood antics.

One of Jenny's memorable passions was taking part in the Calne Players pantomimes, Murder Mysteries and the Carnival where she took the role of characters from fairies, mermaids to genie amongst so many others.

Jenny loved meeting new people and always on her scooter up to something, very often with Milly her small yorkie riding along with her. Jenny was a kindhearted and friendly woman, always had time for anybody she met, the type of person to make a joke at any point she saw fitting.

I will always remember growing up across the road from jenny and Ray. She always made me feel so welcomed, especially the time I stupidly locked myself out of the house. And my mum was working late, first thought was to go to jenny and she made sure I was safe. You will always be in our hearts and memories.

I have so many happy memories of time spent with Jenny, you always made us laugh and you had the rare ability of always being able to laugh at yourself. We are going to miss you so much at Pantomime, as a friend, a performer, our tea lady and one of the remaining founder members of Calne Players. Keep them laughing up in heaven Jenny ......as only you know how ! Xxxx

  • This will be the one thing I always remember about you Jenny. I can still hear it now. Always managed to make people laugh and then laugh at yourself. Nothing ever stopped you doing anything you wanted. RIP Jenny xxxx
