In loving memory of June Evelyn Cook who peacefully passed away at the Royal Free Hospital, London on Thursday 9th July 2015, aged 63 years.
Beloved wife to Terry, adored mum to Julia and much loved sister to Clive.
June will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends.
Funeral service to celebrate June's life will be held at St. John the Baptist & St. Helen's Church, Wroughton on Thursday 23rd July 2015 at 1.30pm.
Flowers welcome. Donations would be appreciated for Dogs Trust.
