It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved Mom, Nan, Sister, Wife, Aunty, Cousin, and friend Linda Ranford.

Linda, following a sudden diagnosis of cancer was admitted to Walsall Manor Hospital for tests on 5th May 2021, and then contracted Covid-19 whilst in the hospital. Linda was too weak to fight the virus and sadly passed away on 15th May 2021. Despite being on a Covid-19 positive ward, close family could be with Linda during her final moments, so she was not alone when she sadly passed away.

Linda will be cremated on Monday 14th June 1030 am at Cannock Chase crematorium and everyone is welcome to attend. It was Linda's wishes that she did not want a Wake after her funeral.

It was also Linda's wishes that she did not want flowers but would appreciate donations to a local good cause, which we have chosen as St Giles (Walsall Hospice) or because Linda followed lock down rules and shielded when requested missed out on so much time with her precious granddaughter Phoebe, especially hug time, which Linda was often upset about, please give your family and friends a big hug and tell them that you love them x

Linda's family are truly grateful for the compassion and love received from everyone during the last ten days of Linda's life and after her sad passing.

My eldest sister Linda was taken too soon and will be missed by so many, she was a one off and over the years we laughed cried argued fell out as most families do but she knew I loved her and would be there if she needed me. She was cruelly taken away and should have had many more years to spend with her family Goodnight Godbless sis xxx Love you Always and Forever xxx
