MARTYN PAUL
On 24th April 2021, suddenly, at his home in Earlsheaton, aged 51 years, Martyn, precious son of the late John and Mary Phillips, much loved youngest brother of Michael, Sean and Claire, dear brother-in-law of Diane and Frances, dearly loved uncle and great uncle, a great friend and much respected colleague.
A service will be held at Our Lady & St Paulinus RC Church, Dewsbury, on Friday 4th June 2021 at 11am, followed by interment at Batley Cemetery. Mourners should be seated in church at 10.45am to allow for track and trace.
Family flowers only will be received at George Brooke Ltd., Chapel of Rest, Dewsbury. Donations in Martyn’s memory may be made on-line or sent to the funeral directors for the benefit of the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund, at Leeds General Infirmary.
Sadly not everyone will be able to attend the service for those wanting to watch the live webcast, please go to www.georgebrooke.co.uk (webcast).

RIP MY VERY SPECIAL FRIEND. Words cannot describe how much you will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing you and knowing you was a total privilege. From our first meeting when I was 11 and you were 10 and I moved to Thorncliffe Road into one of the posh houses as you used to call it ! Lol xx We’ve been friends since and even though we didn’t see each other much in our older years when we did my god what laughs we had. I’ll miss you but you’ll always be in my thoughts and memories of a brilliant childhood with you in it. REST EASY BEAUTIFUL MAN AND VERY SPECIAL FRIEND XX 😘🙏🏻💔

Martyn, you were always there to support me and help me in all the BB shows I ran, so the least I can do on behalf of the NPA is to donate something in your memory. You will always be my little brother, and always be missed.
