On 14th May 2021, whilst in the safe care of Brooklands Care Home, Leigh on Sea, Michael Fisher of Batley, died aged 80 years. Michael, dearly loved husband of the late Jean, loving and much loved dad of Brigid and Michael, dear father in law of Jude, and proud grandad of Oscar, Harry, Ellen and George. Following current guidance the Requiem mass will be by invitation only. Mass will be celebrated at St Mary and the Angels RC Church on Monday 7th June 2021 at 12 noon, followed by interment at Batley Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Michael may be made online or sent to the Funeral Directors, George Brooke Ltd for the benefit of Alzheimer’s Research, or Pancreatic Cancer UK
