I had a great pleasure to meet Kirlue and to be able to look after him during his time on Lawrence ward. I've had this job now for 2 years and I can only count on 1 hand the amount of patients who have touched my heart the way Kirlue did. Staff would always joke and say your favourite man is here, and I would rush to go see him. Kirlue You were one of a kind. I cried the day you left Lawrence Ward and I have thought about you and especially your doting family every day since. I hope you are resting in perfect peace. Sending my love and condolences to all of your family from all of us at Lawrence ward. xxxx
