Michael John Ryczanowski (19 Apr 1957 - 6 Apr 2021)

Sad to hear about the loss of Mick. 15 years spent working with Mick in the Oxford Mini plant. Mick was a fantastic person to have in the team, he was hard working, honest (sometimes too honest 😂) and a leader within his peer group. Many times I had run ins with him over the years but it was always with respect for each other and often resolved without too much drama but what a character he was. Loved his nature to work and how he said it as he saw it. True gentleman and if I ever thought I’d have to go into battle, Mick would be one of the first I’d call on for support. Rest in peace my old pal and make sure wherever you are, don’t forget to give them something to think about. 🚗
