So sorry to hear of Carol's death. We were very good friends at school and afterwards, with both her and Roy, but lost touch in recent years. Our thoughts are with the family at this sad time.

When my Father died in 2002 Carol was kindness it’s self to my Mother and in 2006 when my Mother also died Carol extended the same sympathetic understanding to me. I live in High Peak so not local to Dewsbury (although I was born there)
I will never forget her compassion and consoling presence. My deepest sympathy to all her family and friends. Kathleen Gawthrope x’s
