Joy had been a member of the Keep Fit Association for over 50 years. As well as regularly attending a weekly class and other events, Joy also took part in many local and regional demonstrations, including performances at the Royal Albert Hall in London. I knew Joy both as her teacher and alongside her as class and demonstration team member. She had so many attributes, but I’ll remember her as being clever, straight-talking and generous. She will be missed by all of her Keep Fit friends
