Derek was the nicest of men, he had a kind soul and showed love to everyone.
He will be missed by so many who loved him dearly.
Resting in peace now at St. Andrews in Bishopthorpe, York.

Derek, you made Natasha especially happy, but not only that, you made others happy, it was a pleasure to know you. Thank you for your help in planting those trees over the years.

To my dearest Derek, today would be your 85th birthday and I know you would’ve been celebrating with family and friends. Everybody is missing you so very much.
I think about you every day and wish that you were here with me still. You would love the new member of the family, he is a gorgeous cat called Bob.

A whole year has passed since you departed, not a day goes by without you in my thoughts.
