Peacefully in hospital on Sunday 31st January, John (Jack) aged 84 years. Devoted husband of Stella, dearly loved dad to Susan, Carol, Paula and father-in-law to John and Steve. Cherished grandad to Kevin, Claire, Sean, Joseph, Thomas, William, Maisie, Sam and an adored great grandad to Noah, Zander and Grace. Jack will be greatly missed by his wider family and friends. A service will take place on Monday February 15th in St Michael & All Angels Parish Church, Houghton at 10:30am, committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium at 11:30am. Family flowers only. Due to the limited capacity at the church, in line with current government guidelines, there will be a live stream available.
