Dear John and family, I am thinking of you all. Pat will be so missed, it was a pleasure to know her even for the short time that I worked with her. She showed such kindness and grace despite her poor health. With love Liz Kirkham x

Dear John and all the family, I have such fond and lovely memories of Pat, who was the very first member of St Ann's parish that I had the pleasure of meeting following the funeral of Fr Bob in 2003. It was a joy and a privilege to get to know her well over the following seventeen years, and to come to depend on her wisdom and enthusiasm during her time as Lay Pastoral Minister in the parish. What a brillliant mind! But 'our true home is in heaven' - the readings and hymns of the Funeral Service are well chosen - and there, with the Lord, we shall be together again. I'll be celebrating Mass for Pat, and you, at the time of her Funeral. With love and prayers, Fr Chris.

Dear John
So sorry to hear about Pat. She did a wonderful job not only at St Ann's but across the Christian community in Cheadle Hulme. She was remembered at the Churches Together service on the last Sunday of January a couple of weeks ago and also our Christian Aid meeting last week; people spoke of her wonderful commitment to Ecumenism and the way she worked so hard to bring everyone together. Such a hard act to follow. With kind regards and our prayers. Heneghan family
