To my special Nan and Dan’s Nanny Rose,
We are so sad that you are no longer with this. You are so special and loved by us all. You have always been there with love and encouragement throughout our lives. To me, you have been more like a mum than a nan. As a child I remember with love you helping my mum take care of me and my sisters, your fantastic cooking and the many happy days out we had together to the seaside. Treasured memories that I will never forget. As an adult you’ve always been there to share my special moments as well as just having a chat over a cup of tea. To Dan you’ve been a fantastic caring great nan that he will remember forever. We will really miss you nan and we will never forget you. Until we meet again one day, rest in peace and much love to you and Grandad xxx

You were an absolute treasure. You always found one way to make me laugh whenever I came to visit you. Whether it be from your complaints about the rough towels or to your stories from your days working at the cinema. I remember seeing your face light up when I came to visit you at the hospital for your birthday and the people watching we done. You never held back if you had something to say or an opinion. Made you the person we all loved. You have been and will continue to be missed immensely by myself and everyone who knew you.
