Philip Quentin Bland lost his battle with cancer on 30th December 2020 aged 79years.
Phillip was a war baby being born on 29thJanuary 1941 and lived a full and active life. Among his many hobbies he enjoyed photography, gardening, music, volunteering his help to various causes, wildlife and country walks and in particular he so looked forward to dancing at the weekly tea dance where he met his partner Eileen with whom he was to happily share the rest of his life.
Philip was loved by all that knew him. His sense of fun and genuine friendship was always evident in everything he did.
Philip leaves behind his loving partner Eileen, his two children Samantha and Stephen, five Grandchildren, Dean, Daniel, Beth, Leon and Louie and his Great Grandson Jamie of which he was so very proud.
Philip will be sadly missed by all but he left behind so many great memories we will all remember him forever.
May he rest in peace.
