In loving memory of Clare Louise Grady-Lennon who sadly passed away on 13th December 2020 age 37 years.

These donations will be forwarded on to Primary Integrated Community Services (PICS) in Clare's memory.

I have so many memories of you Clare when we were younger , memories that I won't forget .The times we used to go to bed but talk to each other through the window , the mud pies we made , the dancing and singing we did on the wall to Belinda Carlisle ( which I keep singing in my head over and over again) , we had so much fun . You always had that beautiful smile that lit up the whole room . So glad we got to meet again to talk about our younger days .You were always so positive , brave and happy no matter what things got thrown at you . You will be missed very much ! Xx

Clare's hen do , ayia napa June 2015 , wild hearts should have alot longer on earth to show us how it's done, she lived a life that was full but she had so much more to give .. forever unfair and forever the crazy one once she hit the dance floor . X
